The Project Management Professional ( Pmp ) Essay

The Project Management Professional (PMP) is one of the few certification categories where bonus pay is still climbing upward. â€Å"Bonus pay awarded to PMP certificate holders grew by 15% in the second quarter (Moad, J. (2003)†. â€Å"At least, it is when you re talking about bonus pay or impressing hiring managers. After all, there s nothing like the letters PMP (Project Management Professional) plastered on a resume to catch some attention†. While the PMP certification is marketed to professionals holding college degrees, the question remains unanswered, is if fair to say, â€Å"professionals meeting the academic qualifications, can in fact, pass the PMP exam†?
